He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Bentch (Joanne) and Joanne Bentch; and his father-in-law Robert Pitezel. He is survived by: his sisters, Susan Foster (Bill) and Karen Jones; his mother-in-law Judy Pitezel; his sisters-in-law, Beth Pitezel and Debbie Lalla (Steve); his friend Janet "Buck" Bruno; and his nieces and nephews, Adam Jones, Andy Foster, Rebecca Reeves, Sarah Carr (David), Stephanie Lalla and Katie Lalla. He is also survived by co-workers; other relatives and many friends.
