He was predeceased by: his parents, Clell DeWitt and Florence DeWitt; and his siblings, Larry DeWitt, Gary Carter and Mary Trent.
He is survived by: his spouse Gayle Ann Jacobs of Kansas City; his daughters, Caroline DeWitt (Michael), Brenda Giordano and Janet Pickert (Doug); his grandchildren, Ben and Erin; his son Bradley Bauer (Carrie); his grandchildren, Raymond, Christian and Makayla; and his sister Linda Clark.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gracemor Christian Church or Parkinson's Foundation.
