He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Panhorst and Dorothy Panhorst (Vogt); and his stepmother Jean Panhorst. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Panhorst (Treadway) of Gerald, Missouri; his children, Michael Miller (Jen Miller) of St. Charles, Missouri and Patricia Marshall of Fort Worth, Texas; his siblings, Sue Damrell (Bruce) of Gerald, Missouri, Peggy Cupkie (Lynn) of Minnesota, Randy Flannigan of Missouri and Terry Panhorst of Boise; and his grandchildren, Emily Marshall, Brenden and Trent Mollett.
