He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Louis and Esther White (Phelps). He is survived by: his children, Kelly Olsen (Eric) of Byron Center, Mich, Sheri Bush of Florissant and Steven Rotty of Hillsboro; his close friend Sandy Renfroe; and also, Dave and Tim Renfroe. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
