She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Garland (Margaret) and Margaret Garland; her husband Robert "Bob" Bacon; and her siblings, Jerry Garland, Bill Garland (Bernice), Jewel Bacon, Wealthea Jane Pehle and Marlene Ouellette.
She is survived by: her children, Jana Smith (Eddie) of Owensville, Joyce Hohlt (Jeff) of Leslie, Rodney Bacon of Washington and Jalene Rice of Springfield, MO; her brother Jim Garland (Pat) of Lebanon, IN; and her grandchildren, Jennifer LaBarge (Emmett), Jordan Smith (Mary), Jeffrey Hohlt, Zane Rice and Lace Rice. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
