He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean Curtis; his children, Susan Johnson (Steve) of Gerald, MO, Michael Crum (Lisa) of Kimberling City, MO, James Curtis (Barbara) of Belleville, IL and Damon Curtis (Lynn) of Bremerton, WA; his grandchildren, Steven Johnson, Adam Johnson, Deama Helms, Jacob Curtis, Christina Curtis, Joseph Curtis, Crystal Curtis, Laura Willis and Rachel Woods; his brothers, Bernie Curtis (Donna) of Pontiac, IL, Kenneth Curtis (Sandy) of Calvert City, KY and Earnest Curtis (Norma) of Gilman, IL; and his son-in-law Stan Lafollette of Doe Run, MO.. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
