He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Lada and Cleo Lada (Geary); and his siblings, Robert Lada and Kim Needs. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Proveaux; his daughters, Dona Proveaux of Gerald and Shawn Proveaux (Scott Johnson) of Rolla; and his grandson Tim Proveaux (Carrie Prinzi) of Union.
