He was predeceased by: his father Duaine Cantrell; his brothers-in-law, Jack Pollock and Robert Logan; and his father-in-law Clarence Lee Logan. He is survived by: his wife Judy Cantrell of Mountain Grove; his daughters, Jenna and Desiree Cantrell of Mountain Grove; his mother Rebecca Ann Herrera (Shores) of Kansas City, Missouri; and his siblings, David Cantrell of Kansas City, Missouri and Lecia Pollock of Olathe, Kansas..
