He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Howard and Nola Howard (Patterson); and his brother Edward Howard. He is survived by: his wife Janet O'Neal; his children, Shannon Forrest of Piedmont, MO and Jason Howard (Laura) of Van Buren, MO; his sister Hermmena Robertson (Ronnie) of Doniphan; his grandchildren, Brittany Hime (Jake), Brooke Rose (Justin), Coty Howard (Mara), Taylor Howard, Lexi Howard and Jesey Howard; and his great grandchildren, Cash, Cruz Hime and Forrest Rose. He is also survived by family members, friends.
