He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wozniak and Ruth Wozniak (Mitchell); his former wife Judith Faye Wozniak (Gisi); his wife Yvette Barton; his grandchildren, Charles Wozniak and Angelica Wozniak; and his brother John Wozniak.
He is survived by: his sons, John Wozniak (Lisa) of Cottleville, Missouri, Donald Wozniak of St. Charles, Missouri, Michael Wozniak (Diana) of Warrenton, Missouri and Steven Wozniak (Angela) of St. Charles, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Sonya, Leslie, Tiffany, Robert, John, Sonnie, Vince, Caleb, Gaige, Kaine, Jennifer, Bryan, Amber, Shayna and Brice. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Multiple Sclerosis Society or Gasconade Cemetery.
