He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie and June; and his daughter Cherie. He is survived by: his siblings, Billie Gene and Lawanda "June" Mickelberry (Carnagie); his son Westin Mickelberry (Shana) of Holden, MO; and his siblings, Randy Mickelberry of Harrisonville, MO, Becky Miller (Chris) of Garden City, MO and Sandy Cantrell (Gary) of Garden City, MO. He is also survived by one uncle and aunts and several cousins.
