He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Debbie Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Leroy and Ruth Arlene Johnson (Schnake); his former wife Pamela Marie Huey (Sivils); his wife Pam Johnson; his daughters, Jessica Adams, Valerie Wolf (Stephen) and Becky Johnson; his stepchildren, Nicholas "Nick" Huey (Miranda) and Jessica Huey (David Fihara); and his brothers, Larry Johnson (Amy), Jerry Johnson (Charlotte) and Garry Johnson. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
