He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Lewis and Nettie Mae Raines (Chamberlain); his former wife Dorothy Raines; his wife Maxine Raines; his children, Bill Raines (Monica), Ron Raines (Marcia) and Gail Horn; his granddaughters, Hannah, Hailey and Alina; and his great grandchild Derrick. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
