He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Thomsen and Myrtle Thomsen (Meyer); his daughter Kris Thomsen; his grandson Matthew Gilmore; and his siblings, Shirley Hodge, Pat Keithley and Don Thomsen.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Thomsen; his daughters, Robin Essex and Millicent Anderson; and his grandchildren, Chrisann Latham, Kenneth Thomsen, Anthony Vasquez, Britni Lear, Matt Gillmore, Christina Lear and Jessie Lear. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters; and many extended family and friends.
