With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jim Matteson (Harrisonville, Missouri), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 17, 2024 at the age of 44. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jim Matteson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Patricia Mailen (Pat) and Wesley J Matteson. He is survived by: his daughters, Annastasia Shealynn Matteson and Keeleighann Reign Matteson; his parents, Jessie Potter (John) and Wesley Matteson (Lola); his siblings, Katherine Patrick (Adam), Tammy Cushard (Dan), Sharon Jackson and Wesley Matteson; and his grandfather Jimmie Mailen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Dickey Funeral Homes (2401 E Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO 64701). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to his daughters' education fund.
