He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe G. McCulloh and Eleen B. McCulloh; his grandparents, Red Blazing Fire and Mic-O-Say; his wife Sharon K. Sims; his brother Michael Joe; his children, Jennifer White (Joe) and Kyle McCulloh (Sheryl) of Garden City, MO; his brother Coburn McCulloh (Deneise) of Clinton, MO; and his grandsons, Trevor, Tanner, Trenton White and Kolton McCulloh. He was also cherished by friends and relatives.
Jerry's wishes that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to honor his sister-in law, Deneise McCulloh to the KU Endowment for the MS program.
