With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fern Stockwell of Garden City, Missouri, born in Urbana, Missouri, who passed away on December 9, 2021 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Fern Stockwell to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William W. Dickey and Stella F. Dickey; her husband Frank W. Stockwell; her son Norman E. Stockwell; and her son-in-law Gene Harris.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Masterson (Rick) and Wilma L. Harris. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to American Cancer Society.
