She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mackedanz and Martha Viola Mackedanz (Prater); her daughter Cindy Sue Ammerman; and her brother Frank Mackedanz. She is survived by: her husband Dale Stackhouse; her sons, Bill Stackhouse (Deborah) and Steve Stackhouse (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Cynthia Ammerman, Daniel Ammerman, Sheri Stockdall, Jon Stackhouse, Dallas Stackhouse, Tasha Boshers and Mikaila Stackhouse; her great grandchildren, Carson Stackhouse, Oliver Stockdall and Liliana Stackhouse; and her siblings, Bill Mackedanz and Barbara Aswegan.
The family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to the Harrisonville Ministerial Alliance Shepherd's Food Pantry.
