Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Douglas Dean Grieser of Garden City, Missouri, born in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, who passed away at the age of 64, on March 10, 2022. He was predeceased by: his father Duane Daniel; and his sister Mary Elizabeth Grieser. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Ruth Grieser (Bachmann); his children, Benjamin Grieser (Samantha) and Jana Riggs (John); and his siblings, Pat Grieser and Linda Sisk. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.

Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

“Jana and Ben, I am saddened upon hearing about the passing of your dad. My heart goes out to you and Doug will always live in my memory of the times spent with each other. When I bought my home in the mid 90's and the house needed total remodeling Doug came up nearly every weekend until all the major work was finished. Without him I would have been clueless on how to proceed in the repairs. He taught me well and my heart will forever appreciate his kindness. With love, Uncle Bob”
