It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy L. Smith (Garden City, Missouri), born in Clinton, Missouri, who passed away on June 12, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Box and Clara Kelley Box; her son Danny Ray; her sister Marjorie; and her husband Bobby.
She is survived by: her children, Gary L. Smith of Clinton, Missouri and Donna Shipley (Martin) of Drexel, Missouri; her daughter-in-law Linda Smith of Garden City, Missouri; her grandchildren, Denise Bennett (Gregg) of Louisville, Kevin Smith of Belton, Ashley Cook-Hartsell (Nick) of Garden City, Tanner Shipley of Drexel, Whitney Smith of Archie and Keifer Shipley of Farlington, Kansas; and her great grandchildren, Cooper, Natalie, Jackson Bennett, Kayden Smith, Addilynn Seachrest and Keaghan Hartsell. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
