She was predeceased by: her parents, Iris Earl and Eleanor K Grove Thomas; her husband Clyde Deems; her grandson Nathaniel Deems; and her brother James "Jimmy" Thomas.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas K. Deems (Theresa) of Butler and Daniel S. Deems (Kelly) of Blue Springs, Missouri; her grandsons, Justin Deems (Samantha) of Hume and Kenton Deems (Bethany) of Butler, Missouri; and her great grandchildren, Garrett, Korah, William and Denis.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel (1301 N Orange St, Butler, MO 64730). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
