With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah A. Richey of Garden City, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on April 26, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice Richey (Pete); and her grandson Coy Hughes Jr.. She is survived by: her parents, Lloyd Coday and Virginia Coday of Warsaw, MO; her pet Pete; her daughter Melissia Adams-Coday (Pepper Adams-Coday) of Creighton, MO; her siblings, Cheryl King (Dan Wilson) of Warsaw Mo, Sandy Bell (David Bell) of Belton, MO, James Coday of Greenwood, MO and Doug Coday of Greenwood Mo; and her grandchildren, Michelle Hughes of Pleasant Hill, MO, Madison Moore of Rolla, MO, Michael Moore of Pleasant Hill, MO, Dylan Adams-Coday of Creighton, MO, Sophia Foss, Cash Hughes, Waylon Hughes and Braxton Mauser. She is also survived by loving other family members and friends.
There will be ceremony to spread Debbie ashes at Gilbert Cemetery in Holden MO immediately following services, Memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke's Hospital Cancer Center, Kansas City, Missouri and may be sent in care of Dickey Funeral Home, P.O. Box 432, Harrisonville, Missouri.
