He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant F Spinning and Mary Lou Spinning (Amos); his siblings, Ann Jones and Dan Spinning; and his son Douglas Spinning.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Holt; his grandchildren, Kasey Parker of Arkansas City, KS, Sean Spinning of Lenexa, KS, Taylor Smith Oak Grove (Nick) and Braycen Manning of Lee's Summit, MO.; his great grandchildren, Kynzlee, Jayse and Kamryn Smith of Oak Grove, MO.; his siblings-in-law, James Holt (Ginger) of Harrisonville, MO, Richard Holt (Betty) of Warsaw, MO, Robert Jones (Barbara) of Freeman, MO and Georgia Gilmore of Clinton, MO.; and also Bessa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and life-long friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heart of Life Church (96 Old Hwy 7, Garden City, MO 64747). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
