She was predeceased by: her parents, James Allen and Carole Stephens (Jenkins); and her sister Debbie Maze. She is survived by: her son Zach Stephens; her wife Destany of Columbia, MO; her brothers, Robert Stephens of Humphreys and Patrick Stephens of Galt; and her grandchildren, Zekiel, Norah Stephens, Aolani and Aadiyah Schafer.
