She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl H. Dowdy and Nannie Louise Dowdy (Taylor); her great grandchild Elizabeth Guenther; her brothers, Charles Dowdy and Kenneth Dowdy; and her nephews, Billy Dowdy and Monte Dowdy.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Renee Upchurch of Sarasota, FL, Richard Dean Toeneboehn of Gallatin, MO and Michael Scott Toeneboehn (Heather) of Auburn, AL; and her brother Harold Dowdy of Montgomery, TX. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Cameron Veterans Home Assistance League in care of the funeral home.
