He was predeceased by: his parents, Phil Moore and Lucille Moore (Yttreness). He is survived by: his former wife Laura Kuhlman; his children, Trish Martin (Darryl) of Beeville, TX and Geoff Moore; and his grandchildren, Jason Moore (Maggie Glidewell) of Cameron, MO, Johnathon Moore of Gallatin, MO, Cierra and Caleigh Martin of Beeville, TX.. He is also survived by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation in care of the funeral home.
