We bid farewell to Steven D. Barnes of Gallatin, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 30, 2024 at the age of 73. Steven touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ralph and Dorotha Barnes (Parker); his granddaughter Hailey Toney; his sisters, Margaret Barnes, Dora Ellen Smith and Patricia O'Neal; and his son-in-law Kevin O'Halloran.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Barnes (Travis) of Gallatin, MO, Jennifer O'Halloran of Albany, MO and Steven Barnes (Holly) of Lee's Summit, MO; his grandchildren, Trevor Barnes (Sierra), Sadie Toney, Tristan Toney, Macey Toney, Amanda Comstock (Chris), Brooke McDowell (Gabe), Bryton O'Halloran, Emily Barnes, Roxanne Barnes, Violet, Lily and Nolan; and his siblings, Edward Barnes (Vickie), Joseph Barnes, Chuck Barnes (Regina), Art Barnes, James Barnes, Ruth Cook, Jane Solum, Sylvia White (Stan) and Lois Hazelrigg (Tony). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Crossroads Assembly of God - Cameron (919 N Harris St, Cameron, MO 64429). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Stith Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
