He was predeceased by: his parents, Orene Clifton and Marion Janet Clemens (Swan); and his children, Lorelie Michelle and Robert Orene Clemens, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Frances Josephine Werner; his children, Steven Clemens (Dee), Daniel Clemens (Allison), Rick Lawhon, Deborah Genereaux (Mark), Rhonda Knetter (John) and Jackie Sisk (Hope); and his brother Jerry Clemens (Brenda). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
