She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. Burns and Norma Burns (Wilmot); her husband Gene Moulin; and her brothers, Ronnie Burns and Nevin Burns.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Reyes (David) of League City, TX, Laurie Parker of Ames, IA and Gina Moulin (Edwin Tipton) of Kidder, MO; and her siblings-in-law, Vicki Burns of Gallatin, MO, Frankie Burns of Chillicothe, MO, Carma Girdner, Linda Reynolds of Ohio and Jerry Moulin (Marilyn) of Jamesport, MO. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Daviess County Library in care of the funeral home.
