He is survived by: his parents, Angela Wayne and Kevin Wayne; his siblings, Jade, Anasen Wayne, Ayden, Damon and Leon Wayne of Gallatin, MO.; and his grandparents, Barry, Janet Bartlett, Jim and Cheri Wayne. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Stith Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
