He is survived by: his wife Brook Dale; his children, Bobby Dale of St. Joseph, MO, Melanie Osteen (Dane) of Sedalia, MO, Melinda Dale, James Arthur Dale (Shelby) of Pattonsburg, MO and Johnnie Brook Dale of Gallatin, MO; and his grandchildren, Gracie, Wyatt, Chloe, Tyler Melenna and Blake. He is also survived by other grandchildren; Several great-grandchildren; several siblings and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Gallatin Seventh-day Adventist Church in care of the funeral home.
