He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Hiley and Goldie Hiley (Kaufman); his wife Joanna Stith; his siblings, Edward "Buster" Hiley, Tom Hiley, Marvin Hiley and Leona Jones; and his son-in-law Bill Mastin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Chretta Mastin of Winston and Bonita Norem (Lynn) of Iowa Falls; his grandchildren, Chase Hiley (Cassie), Cally Mastin, Taylor Lynch (Cameron), Luke Norem, Lane Carpenter, Channing Norem and Layten Norem; his great grandchildren, Kaige, Abigail, Olivia, William Hiley and Kollins Lynch; his siblings, Naomi Kilgore of Independence, MO and Gerald Hiley (Janet) of Bellingham, WA; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Jones of Oroville, CA and Judy Hiley of Altamont. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Mt. Ayr Cemetery.
