He was predeceased by: his parents, C. C. Roll and Lola Roll (Pritchard); and his siblings, Morris Roll, Leroy Roll, Muriel Lampe, Pauline Bedsworth, Hazel Howard, Flo Goodman, Barbara Downing and Iva Giraldes.
He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Denny; his children, Dawn Embrey (Dorsey) of Oak Grove, MO and Shawn Roll (Jackie) of King City, MO; his sister Naomi Hencey of Phoenix, AZ.; his grandchildren, Coleman Embrey (Ernie) of Overland Park, KS, Barak Embrey (Savana) of Blue Springs, MO, Macey Embrey of Neosho, MO, Cindy Odneal (Dalton) of Blue Springs, MO and Cat Embrey of Kansas City, MO; and his great grandchildren, Aidan, Cosette and Lucy.
