It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores Jean Dorney of Gallatin, Missouri, born in Gilman City, Missouri, who passed away on July 25, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Scott and Lola Mae Scott (Brown); her husband Bill Dorney; her siblings, Larry Scott, Avonda Hamilton and Joanne Scott; and her granddaughter Veronica.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Hillyard (Mark) of Kansas City, MO, Brad Hillyard (Linda) of Bethany, MO and Mark Hillyard (Carol) of Bethany, MO; her sister Janice Peterman (Buster) of Kansas City, MO; and her grandchildren, Beau Hillyard (Ashley), Jared Hillyard (Faith) and Olivia Hillyard.
