He is survived by: his mother Winona Votipka (Davis); his wife Kayla Smith; his children, Danika, Preslie, Roman and Marissa; his parents-in-law, Joe Smith and Tiffhanie Gentry; his siblings, Mathew Votipka and Alisha Votipka; his grandmother-in-law Bob Smith; and his sister-in-law Mandy. He is also survived by his family and friends.
