He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Russell and Billie Jean Harlow (Orr); his sister Beverly Jean Harlow; and his grandson Gage Harlow. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Snyder; his son Justin Harlow of Gallatin; and his grandson Max Harlow. He is also survived by cousins and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Daviess County Jr. Livestock Show in care of the funeral home.
