He is survived by: his stepsons, Randy Reed (Julie) of Galena, MO and Robbie Carter (Christa) of Springfield, MO; his daughters, Kelly Atterson (Steven) of Clinton, IN and Shelly Johnson (Anthony) of Paris, IL; his stepdaughter Kristi Henry of Henderson, NV; and his sisters, Sheryl Walker (Jim) of Decatur, IL and Sue Watkins (Darrell) of Decatur, IL.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to Cancer Research.
