He is survived by: his wife Sarah Jane McGinnis; his children, Melissa McGinnis of Henderson, NV, Rebecca McGill (Jon) of Fort Worth, TX and Sean McGinnis (Amber) of Pleasant Hill, MO; his siblings, Michael McGinnis of Stover, MO, Rodrick McGinnis (Anita) of Stover, MO, Russell McGinnis (Latisha) of Kearney, MO, Mark McGinnis (Josetta) of Warrenton, MO and Jeannette Jones (George) of Peculiar, MO; and his grandchildren, Lee McGinnis, Evelyn McGill, Emma McGill, Eileen McGill, Havannah Moore, Isabella Moore, Shane McGinnis, Steele McGinnis and Fearghus McGinnis.
