He is survived by: his parents, Robert Garlin and Agnes; his wife Peggy Gouge of McCord Bend, MO; his son Thomas Gouge, Jr.; his wife Sherry of Kearney, MO; his daughter Mary Massey (Richard) of Blue Springs, MO; and also, Glenn Gouge of McCord Bend, MO and Johnny Gouge (Donna) of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren and one on the way and a host of other relatives and friends.
