He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur "Bud" Atkinson and Leah Atkinson (Trowbridge); his brother Donald Lee; and his nephews, Kable Butterfield and Wesley Overturf.
He is survived by: his former wife Wanda Miller (Emch); his wife Janell; his children, Wendy Hudson (Mark Jack) of Westmoreland Kansas, Brady Atkinson (Sascha Wolfe), Casey Atkinson (Mary) of Wamego Kansas, Mark Harvey, Chris Harvey (Christina) of Manhattan Kansas and Tony Harvey of Louisville Kentucky; his grandchildren, Garrett Hudson, Mark Jack, Jessica Jack, Charli Wolfe, Kelsi Atkinson Nelson (Kyle), Jacob Atkinson, Samantha Harvey, Tyler Harvey, Terra Harvey, Jackson Harvey, Landon Harvey and Elizabeth Harvey; his sisters, Peggy Butterfield (Steve Custer) of Leavenworth Kansas and Penny Taylor (Gary); and also, Cedric and Daffodil. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Terry's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Good Shepherd Hospice, and those may be sent in care of the funeral home.
