It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nellie Jane Howard of Galena, Missouri, born in Streator, Illinois, who passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Alexander Taylor and Anna Mae Jay; her brothers, Fred Taylor (Alice) and Dennis Taylor; her husband Paul Howard; and her grandchildren, Brittney, Nathaniel and Jeremiah.
