She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Barnhart (Dutch) and Nanalea Barnhart; and her siblings, Mary, William, Neal, Phyllis Rogers, Ann Calhoun and Pam Mullins.
She is survived by: her brother Joe Barnhart of Nixa, MO.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Galena Cemetery or to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
