She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Dickson and Eva Joy Dickson (Martin); her husband Mike Fischer; her son Dirk Patrick Fischer; and her brothers, Dwayne and Robert Dickson (Bob).
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Porter (Richard), Scott Fischer (Claire) and Amanda Fischer (Jodi); her grandchildren, Summer Joy Weber (Patrick), Nicholas Porter (Geneva), Jacob Porter (Kathleen), Paige Bailey (Tate), Westin Fischer, Ciara James (Matt), Carris Fischer and Warren Fischer; and her great grandchildren, Jack Porter, Carly Porter, Eva Joy Weber, Elaina James and Leo Porter.
