He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, E. "Mel" Kelley Senior and Betty Irene Davis Kelley; his wife Sandra "Sandy" Lee Kemp Kelley; his children, Dawn Kelley Rogers, Brett Emery Kelley, Timothy Scott Kelley and Tammy Kelley Coons; his siblings, Larry Kelley, Donald Baie and Cheryl Kelley Nogel; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Kemp and Sally Kemp Linhart. He was also cherished by 19 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
