It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathy Lynn Starr of Galena, Missouri, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Cappleman and Alice Cappleman (West); and her husband Kenneth Starr. She is survived by: her children, James "Jim" Starr (Dawn) of Eagle Rock, MO and Kelly Wheeler (Mark) of Galena, MO; her sister Susan Yarnell (J. D. Melton); and her stepbrother Michael Eisenhower. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and twenty-six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Collins Cemetery.
