She was predeceased by: her mother Frances Kafka (Stupec); her son Michael Jardine; her brother Frank Kafka; and her former husband Michael Jardine. She is survived by: her husband Frank Witczak; her daughters, Gina Riefke (Mark) and Denise Beyerle (Shawn); her stepchildren, Jennifer Rooney (Jim), Frank Witczak Jr. (Shama) and Daniel Joseph "DJ" Witczak; her siblings, Dave Bechtold (Jan), Carol Renkiewicz and Jerry Kafka (Laura); her grandchildren, Tim Riefke, Kaylee Beyerle, Noah J. Rooney, Nicholas J. Rooney, Karissa Witczak, Ayman Witczak, Maria Witczak, Aiden Witczak, Francesca Witczak, Frank Louis Witczak Jr., Hailey Witczak and Brianna Witczak; and her great grandchild Emmy Witczak.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Village Church of Bartlett (601 W Bartlett Rd, Bartlett, IL 60103).
