He is survived by: his wife Betty Kottkamp of Galena, MO; his sons, Joshua Wilkes (Jessica) of Branson, MO and Jeremiah Wilkes of Kansas City, KS; his sister Ann Dame of Indianapolis, IN; and his grandchildren, Jasper, Ruby and Richard.
