He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Burk and Florence Burk (Daniels); his wife Joetta; his brother Breen Burk; and his son-in-law Danny Scott.
He is survived by: his children, Earl Eugene Burk, Ralph Burk, Leanna Chase, Deanna Stienhoff and Dana Scott-Eutsler (Rick); his grandchildren, Sarah Johnson (Matt), Candi Harris (Tony), Jennifer Plottner, Keisha Mann, Whitney Jenkins, Ashley Mann, Suzette Vest, Nathaniel Burk, Andy Eutsler (Abbey), Randall Scott (Breanna), Corey Eutsler (Loni) and Ryan Scott (Kassi); and his sisters, Joy Bradford and Eleanor "Trussalo" Roller. He is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren.
