He is survived by: his daughters, Ellen Neal, Debra Ann Farley (José), Mary Rosalie Bozman (Andy) and Marcy Dawn Essary (Ryan); his brother Terry Don Mackey (Tammy); and his nieces and nephews, Clark, Toni Whitted, Jim, Leanne Schleele, Walter and Shelly Whitted. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
