It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Modlin of Galena, Missouri, born in Cuba, Missouri, who passed away on November 6, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis Anderson and Marvel Anderson (Gilchrist); her husband Cecil E. Collins; her sons, Michael and Keith; her sister Josephine Dykes of Wichita Falls, TX; and her daughter Terry Ann Saxton (Tim) of Galena, MO. She was also cherished by five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
